(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER)
ORDER 2024
Dumfries and Galloway Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close B740 Crawick to Crawfordjohn road from Spango Bridge to Spango (by South Lanarkshire boundary) from 9am on 18/03/2024 to 5pm on 29/03/2024.
The closure is necessary to facilitate river bank / carriageway edge repair works.
Alternative route available via B740, B7078, A702, B797, A76(T) and vice versa.
Vehicle access will be restricted 24 hours a day during the closure including for emergency service vehicles.
Pedestrian access will be maintained.
