THE DUMFRIES AND GALLOWAY COUNCIL
(VARIOUS ROADS, DUMFRIES TOWN CENTRE)
(20 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT)
TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2022

Notice is hereby given that Dumfries and Galloway Council has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The general effect of the Order is as advertised in the local press on 29 July 2022.

2. Details of the proposals with the plans (TM/D/01/370), signed Order and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected between 16 September 2022 and 28 October 2022 at:

• or by arrangement (Contact Network Strategy Team on 030 33 33 3000).

3. Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the Order should send details, in writing and stating the grounds and including their name and address, to the undersigned by 28 October 2022.
