(REDETERMINATION OF MEANS OF EXERCISE OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF PASSAGE)

ORDER 2021

 

Notice is hereby given that The Dumfries and Galloway Council has made the above named Order under sections 1(1) and 152(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984.

1. The general effect of the Traffic Regulation Order is as advertised in the local press on 30 August 2019.

2. Details of the proposals with the plan (TM/N/01/112) showing the footways over which the means of exercise of the public right of passage is to be redetermined, may be inspected online between 11 December 2020 and 22 January 2021, free of charge at;

3. Any person who wishes to object to the proposed Order should send details, in writing and stating the grounds and including their name and address, to the undersigned by 22 January 2021.
