(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER)
ORDER 2019
Dumfries and Galloway Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close Elm Road, Annan between the junction with Wood Avenue and Kent Lodge from 0900 on 11/11/19 until 1700 on 15/11/19.
The closure is necessary to facilitate utility investigation works.
Alternative routes available via s/b: Wood Ave, Hallmeadow Pl, Waterfoot Rd and Hillend Rd n/b: Lovers Walk and Summergate Rd.
Emergency access will be available if required.
Pedestrian access will be maintained.
