(REDETERMINATION OF MEANS OF EXERCISE OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF PASSAGE)

ORDER 2019

 

Notice is hereby given that The Dumfries and Galloway Council propose to make the above named Order under sections 1(1) and 152(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984.

 

1.  The general effect of the Order will be to redetermine the means of exercise of the public right of passage over the footways described in the Schedule to this Order.

 

2.  A copy of the proposed Order and of the accompanying Plan (drawing number TM/N/01/112) showing the footways over which the means of exercise of the public right of passage is to be redetermined, may be inspected between 30th August 2019 and 27th September 2019, free of charge at;

 

  • Kirkbank House, English Street, Dumfries DG1 2HS,

  • The Customer Service Centre, Mill Hill Centre, Corserig Crescent, Kelloholm DG4 6EL, Kelloholm, during normal office hours (09.00 – 16.30hrs),

    and available online at;

 

3.  Any person who wishes to object to the proposed Order should send details, in writing and stating the grounds and including their name and address, to the undersigned by 27th September 2019.
