ORDER 2019

Notice is hereby given that Dumfries and Galloway Council has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1.  The general effect of the Order is as advertised in the local press on 5^th April 2019.

2.  Copies of the made Order and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected, free of charge, during office hours (9am – 5pm) between 5^th April 2019 and 17^th May 2019 at:

• Kirkbank House, English Street, Dumfries DG1 2HS.

3.  Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may within six weeks from 5^th April 2019 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose, to the undersigned by 17^th May 2019.
