(U264s FROM BARDRISTANE BRIDGE TO A75 NEAR LAGGAN (PART OF)) (STOPPING UP) ORDER 2019

Notice is hereby given that The Dumfries and Galloway Council propose to make the above named Order under section 68(1) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984.

1. The general effect of the Order will be the Stopping Up of the road specified in Schedule One of this Order given that a suitable alternative road, as specified in Schedule Two, exists.

2. Details of the proposals, with the plan (TM/S/01/115) showing the road to be stopped up, Draft Order and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected during normal office hours (09.00 – 17.00hrs) between 14^th February 2019 and 14^th March 2019 at:

• Kirkbank House, English Street, Dumfries DG1 2HS,
• DG Customer Services, Daar Road Offices, Kirkcudbright DG6 4JG and
• DG Customer Services, Church Street, Newton Stewart, DG8 6ER.

3. Any person who wishes to object to the proposed Order should send details, in writing and stating the grounds and including their name and address, to the undersigned by 14^th March 2019.
