THE DUMFRIES AND GALLOWAY COUNCIL

(U972a GREENCROFT WYND, ANNAN)

(20 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT)

ORDER 2018

 

Notice is hereby given that Dumfries and Galloway Council has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

 

1. The general effect of the Order is as advertised in the local press on 9^th November 2018.

    

2. Copies of the made Order and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected, free of charge, during office hours (9am – 5pm) between 9^th September 2018 and 21^st December 2018 at:

    

• Kirkbank House, English Street, Dumfries DG1 2HS and
• DG Customer Services, Town Hall, Annan DG12 6AQ.

 

1. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may within six weeks from 9^th November 2018 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose, to the undersigned by 21^st December 2018.
