(WAITING RESTRICTIONS)

TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2018

 

Notice is hereby given that The Dumfries and Galloway Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

 

  1. The general effect of the Traffic Regulation Order will be to impose: “No Waiting At Any Time” and “60 Minute Limited Waiting (Monday - Saturday, 9.30am – 5.30pm) No Return Within 60 Minutes” restrictions on specified lengths of A713 King Street, Castle Douglas.

 

  1. Exceptions to the proposed restrictions are as stated in the Order.

 

  1. Details of the proposals, with plan (TM/S/01/113), Draft Order and a Statement of Reasons may be inspected during normal office hours (09.00 – 17.00hrs) between 11th October 2018 and 1st November 2018 at:
  • Kirkbank House, English Street, Dumfries DG1 2HS.
  • Customer Service Centre, Market Hill, King Street, Castle Douglas, DG7 1AE.

 

  1. Any person who wishes to object to the proposed Order should send details, in writing and stating the grounds and including their name and address, to the undersigned by 1st November 2018.
