PUBLIC NOTICE

THE DUMFRIES AND GALLOWAY COUNCIL

(U877N OSBORNE DRIVE, U876N OSBORNE CRESCENT, U615N ALLOWAY ROAD, U665N CARRICK ROAD, U815N LOCHSIDE ROAD AND U708N DUNLOP ROAD, DUMFRIES) PROVISION OF ROAD HUMPS

1. The Dumfries and Galloway Council intends to construct road humps under Section 36 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 at the locations specified in the Schedule below and hereby gives public notice of the proposal under Section 37 of the said Act.

2. Details of the proposals including plans (Drawing numbers: PE262467/TRO/02, PE262467/TRO/03, PE262467/TRO/04 and PE262467/TRO/05) and drawings (MISC/R/62B and MISC/R/61C) may be inspected free of charge between 15^th September 2017 and 13^th October 2017 at the following locations:

• Kirkbank House, English Street, Dumfries DG1 2HS, during office hours (09.00 – 17.00hrs) and at
• Lochside Library, Lochside Road, Dumfries, DG2 0LW (Tues 12.00 – 19.00hrs, Wed 10.00 – 17.00hrs and Sat 10.30 – 12.30hrs)

3. Any person who wishes to make representations should send details in writing, and including their name and address, to the undersigned by 13^th October 2017.
