DUMFRIES AND GALLOWAY REGIONAL COUNCIL
(VARIOUS CAR PARKS) (USE RESTRICTIONS)
TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 1985 (AS AMENDED)
SUSPENSION OF USE OF NEWALL TERRACE (NORTH SIDE) CAR PARK, DUMFRIES
In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Dumfries and Galloway Regional Council (Various Car Parks) (Use Restrictions) Traffic Regulation Order 1985 (as amended), the use the Newall Terrace (North Side) car park shall be suspended from 16:00 hours Saturday 23rd September 2017 until 17:00 hours Sunday 24th September 2017.
There will be no vehicular or pedestrian access permitted other than in connection with, and as authorised by, the organisers of the LGBT Plus event – Pride in our Community.
In terms of Article 7 of the Order, any vehicle which remains in the Car Park during the periods of suspension may be removed from the Car Park by a person authorised by the Council and taken to a place of safe custody.
