The Council hereby give notice under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 of their intention to temporarily close the C26s from its junction with the A711 near Balmangan to its junction with C53s near Thorn and the U51s from its junction with C26s northwards to Barcloy from 25/5/11 to 27/5/11 between the hours of 08:45 and 17:00 hours each day.
The closure is to facilitate essential resurfacing and patching works. Alternate routes are via C53, A711 and B727. Vehicle and pedestrian access to adjacent properties will be maintained but expect very long delays.
