Notice is hereby given that Dumfries and Galloway Council have made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 17 January 2011 which will come into operation on 24 January 2011.
- The effect of the Order is as stated in the Stranraer & Wigtownshire Free Press dated 25 February 2010.
- The Order (as made) and relevant plan (WRM/D3420/10/02) may be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours (0900hrs to 1700hrs) between 20 January 2011 and 03 March 2011 except for Public Holidays at:
- DGFirst, Local Services Wigtown, Roads Depot, Commerce Road, Stranraer
- Customer Service Centre, Ashwood House, Sun Street, Stranraer - Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from 20 January 2011 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
