Notice is hereby given under section 11(9) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 that on 13th August 2018 Dumfries and Galloway Council made An Exemption Order under section 11(1) of the Act.
The effect of the Order is to exempt the following Forest Estate Land contained by the red boundary on the map below from the access rights which would otherwise be exercisable in respect of that land by virtue of Part 1 of the Act.
The purpose(s) for which the Order is made is for a Motor Rally Event. The Order will take effect from 00.01hrs Saturday 8th September 2018 and will expire at 20.00hrs Saturday 8th September 2018 unless revoked earlier.
