Notice is hereby given under section 11(9) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 that on 7 March 2017 Dumfries and Galloway Council made an exemption order under section 11(1) of the Act.
The effect of the order is to exempt the following Forest Estate Land contained by the red boundary on the map from the access rights which would otherwise be exercisable in repect of that land by virtue of Part 1 of the act.
The purpose(s) for which the order is made is for a Downhill Mountain Bike event. The order will take effect from 08.00hrs on Sunday 7 May 2017 and will expire at 18.00hrs on Sunday 7 May 2017 unless revoked earlier.
