THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (CLACKMANNAN ROAD, PARK PLACE, BALFOUR STREETAND BRUCE STREET, ALLOA) (WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2012
The Clackmannanshire Council propose to make an Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, which will revoke Schedule 56 of "The Clackmannanshire Council (Clackmannan Road, Park Place, Balfour Street and Bruce Street, Alloa) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Unloading Restrictions) (Amendment) Order 2004" as there is no longer a school crossing point at that location.
FULL DETAILS of this proposal are in the draft Order which, together with a copy of the relative plan and a Statement of the Council's reasons for promoting the Order is available below or may be examined at the Clackmannanshire Council's Offices, Greenfield, Alloa, FK10 2AD or at any council office, library or Community Access Point, during normal office hours free of charge for three weeks from 29th February 2012.
