The City of Edinburgh Council (Sciennes Road) (Restrictions on Vehicle Movement, School Streets and Restrictions on Waiting, Loading and Unloading, and Parking Places) (Variation No _) Order 202_-TRO/23/30

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended to: 1. Replace existing 24 hr waiting restrictions with 24 hr waiting and loading prohibitions on Sciennes Rd, Livingstone Pl, Gladstone Ter, St Catherine’s Pl, Sienna Gdns and Sciennes; 2. Replace existing shared use parking bays with 24 hour waiting and loading prohibitions on Sciennes Rd; 3. Replace existing shared use parking bays with a daytime waiting restriction and loading prohibition (Mon-Fri 08:00am to 05:30pm) on Sciennes Rd; 4. Replace a waiting restriction (Mon-Fri 08:00am to 05:30pm) with a daytime waiting restriction and loading prohibition (Mon-Fri 08:00am to 05:30pm) on Sciennes Rd; 5. Remove the existing school keep clear restriction and replace with a daytime waiting restriction and loading prohibition (Mon-Fri 08:00am to 05:30pm) on Sciennes Rd &; 6. Reduce the extent of the existing school street restriction and introduce a 24 hr motor vehicle prohibition on Sciennes Rd.
