The City of Edinburgh Council (Traffic Regulation; Restrictions on Waiting, Loading and Unloading, Stopping and Parking Places) (Variation No _) Order 201_ - TRO/18/73B

The Council proposes to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended to: - TRO/18/73A Introduce a one-way restriction (east to west) on Broughton St Lane, including an exemption for pedal cycles; & TRO/18/73B. Replace the existing yellow line waiting restrictions on Broughton St Lane and at its junction with Union St with 24 hour loading prohibitions, except for a 25m length on Broughton St Lane that shall retain the daytime waiting restrictions (Mon-Sat 8.30am to 6.30pm). Details of the draft orders and related documents can be viewed 9:30am to 3:30pm, Mon-Fri, from 11/10/19 to 1/12/19 at Waverley Court reception or online at www.edinburgh.gov.uk/trafficorders or www.tellmescotland.gov.uk. Objectors must state their reasons in writing with the appropriate reference TRO/18/73A and/or TRO/18/73B to Traffic Orders, Place, 3.3 Waverley Court, 4 East Market St, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG, not later than 1/2/19.
