The Council proposes to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended to: - TRO/18/73A Introduce a one-way restriction (east to west) on Broughton St Lane, including an exemption for pedal cycles; & TRO/18/73B. Replace the existing yellow line waiting restrictions on Broughton St Lane and at its junction with Union St with 24 hour loading prohibitions, except for a 25m length on Broughton St Lane that shall retain the daytime waiting restrictions (Mon-Sat 8.30am to 6.30pm).
