ROADS (SCOTLAND) ACT 1984
The City of Edinburgh Council proposes to make an Order under Section 1(1) and 152(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 redetermining the roads described in the schedules hereto. The title of the Order is “The City of Edinburgh Council (Beaufort Road, Cumin Place, Grange Road, Lauder Road and Tantallon Place, Edinburgh) (Redetermination of Means of Exercise of Public Right of Passage) Order 201-” RSO/18/17A. A copy of the proposed Order and of the accompanying plan showing the road over which the means of exercise of the public right of passage is to be redetermined, together with a statement of the reasons for making the Order have been deposited at The City of Edinburgh Council, City Chambers Reception, High St, Edinburgh or online at www.edinburgh.gov.uk/trafficorders .Those documents are available for inspection free of charge from 22/2/19 until 22/3/19 between 09:30 and 15:30 Mon to Fri inclusive. SCHEDULE 1 ROADS OVER WHICH MEANS OF EXERCISE OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF PASSAGE IS TO BE REDETERMINED FROM FOOTWAY TO CYCLETRACK Cumin Pl West side 1 All that part of the footway on the west side of Cumin Pl from a point 2m or thereby south of the intersection of the extended south kerbline of Grange Rd and the extended west kerbline of Cumin Pl, southwards for a distance of 8m or thereby and which has a width throughout of 1.5m or thereby. Grange Rd North side 1 All that part of the footway on the north side of Grange Rd from the intersection of the extended east kerbline of Lauder Rd and the extended north kerbline of Grange Rd, eastwards for a distance of 6m or thereby and which has a width which varies from 0m or thereby to 2.5m or thereby. 2 All that part of the footway on the north side of Grange Rd from the intersection of the extended west kerbline of Tantallon Pl and the extended north kerbline of Grange Rd, westwards for a distance of 4.5m or thereby and which has a width which varies from 0m or thereby to 2.5m or thereby.
