Demolish existing dilapidated single storey glazed lean to rear extension and build a new single storey extension to existing domestic dwelling. Previous 1960's extension with partially rotten cladding to be reclad with new cladding. Ad hoc mixture of existing window types at the end of their serviceable life, to be replaced with new aluminium double glazed windows.
