Forming of a new slapping between the existing kitchen and dining room to form an open plan kitchen / dining space. The works will include blocking up the existing door / fanlight, the beam to be installed for the new slapping will be below the existing dining room cornice, the inner nib of the dining room wall will also be retained to ensure the historical features and footprint is retained. The works will include the installation of an extract fan on the rear wall.
