Replace the existing hedge along Grant Ave with a new evergreen Portuguese laurel hedge. Replace current red chip pavement with tarmac connecting the tarmac at the corner of Bonaly Road/Grant Avenue with the new tarmac at the entrance to 19 Grant Ave. Erect a 2.4m high v-mesh fence behind the new hedge to provide security, matching in height the approved gates for 19 Grant Ave.
