The proposals are to provide further space for Kitchen Dining Area . This is being achieved through the removal of a kitchen cupboard. This entails the removal of 2 non load bearing partitions, facings and door. Further to this we are proposing Reinstating the existing skirting profile , making good walls and Ceiling and Plaster skimming to match existing finishes. the temporary wall forming the Press cupboard will be reformed and made good.
