The former offices etc. to the south of King’s Stables Road have been knocked down and the area is to be redeveloped, with housing and a hotel planned. As part of this work two new roads will be formed within the area. All residential roads in Edinburgh have a 20mph speed limit and this limit is to be introduced on these roads.
