 (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)

ORDER 2024

On Thursday the 21^st of March 2024, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful, when indicated by signs, for any person to cause or permit any vehicle to wait at any time on the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below.

PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

C17 Port Ellen-Mull of Oa Road              From its junction with A846 in a westerly direction to its junction with U26 Kilnaughton                                                                  Road for a distance of 323 metres or thereby.  

Exceptions will apply to a vehicle being used in an emergency for fire brigade, ambulance, police or coastguard purposes.  The restrictions imposed by this Order will be effective when indicated by signs from 0001 Tuesday 23^rd April 2024 to 2359 Monday 22^nd July 2024.
