ORDER 2024

On Thursday the 14th of March 2024, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any vehicle to wait at any time on the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below.

From a point 150 metres north west of the extended west kerbline of Station Road, extending in a North westerly direction for 120 metres or thereby.

 Exceptions will apply to a vehicle being used in an emergency for fire brigade, ambulance, police or coastguard purposes.  The restrictions imposed by this Order which are required to help facilitate the works required on or near the road and will be effective when indicated by signs from 0930 hours on the Fifteenth of April 2024 to 1800 hours on the Twenty-sixth of May 2024
