On Thursday 18 January 2024, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle on that length of the B8070 Arinagour-Crossapoll Road, from point 60 metres north east of its junction with U053 Arinagour Housing Scheme extending in a north easterly direction a distance of 217 metres or thereby.
The restrictions, which are required because essential maintenance works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the length of road, will be in operation between 0001 hours from the eighth day of February until 2359 hours on the third day of November 2024, but will only have effect in relation to part or parts of the length of road when indicated by the appropriate traffic signs to minimise the potential impact on those affected.
Alternative routes will be signed in an appropriate manner.
