(U021-030 RI CRUIN BRIDGE, SLOCKAVULLIN)
(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) ORDER 2023
On Thursday 23rd November 2023, Argyll and Bute Council made the
above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984, as amended,
Will make it unlawful for any person, shall drive or cause or permit to be
driven any motor vehicle whose maximum gross weight exceeds 3 tonnes,
on that length of the Slockavullin Smithy Road, as carried by Ri Cruin Bridge
from its junction with B8025 in a westerly direction for 15 metres or thereby.
Will make it unlawful for any person, shall drive or cause or permit to be
driven any vehicle motor vehicle, on that length of the Slockavullin Smithy
Road, as carried by Ri Cruin Bridge from its junction with B8025 in a
westerly direction for 15 metres or thereby, with the exception of vehicles
involved in carrying out the works.
The restriction will come into operation at 0001 hours on the 9th
December 2023 and will remain in operation until 2359 hours on the
26 April 2025.
