ARGYLL AND BUTE COUNCIL (B8024 GLENRALLOCH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2022

 

On Friday 15 July 2022, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle on that length of the B8024 Glenralloch Road in a manner contravening the restrictions as detailed in the schedules below.                                 

The restrictions, which are required because essential maintenance works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the length of road, will only have effect in relation to part or parts of the length of road when indicated by the appropriate traffic signs to minimise the potential impact on those affected.

Length of Road within Tarbert

B8024 Glenralloch Road

 

 

1.

That length of the B8024 Glenralloch Road, from its junction with  the A83 Trunk Road extending in a south westerly direction to its junction with the C23 Glenakil Road, a distance of 2,544 metres or thereby.

 

 

 

 

Exceptions will apply to a vehicle being used in an emergency for fire brigade, ambulance, police or coastguard purposes. The restrictions imposed by this Order which are required because of the likelihood of danger to the public and will be effective when indicated by signs for the duration of the works.
