(B881 TOWNHEAD, ROTHESAY)(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2021
On Monday the 30th of August 2021, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any vehicle to wait at any time on the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below.

From a point 57 metres or thereby from the extended northern kerbline of the U84 Townhead Road, extending in a northerly direction for 50 metres or thereby. |

Exceptions will apply to a vehicle being used in an emergency for fire brigade, ambulance, police or coastguard purposes. The restrictions imposed by this Order which are required because of the likelihood of danger to the public and will be effective when indicated by signs from 0001 hours on the 30th August 2021 until 2359 hours on the 6th February 2023.
