NOTICE OF INTERIM ELECTION

HILLSIDE, DUN & LOGIE PERT COMMUNITY COUNCIL

An election is to be held for 9 members to serve on the Hillside, Dun & Logie Pert Community Council.

Nomination forms may be obtained from the Returning Officer (Community Council Elections), Elections Office, Digital Reprographics Unit, Sylvie Way, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar, DD8 1AY, or downloaded from the Angus Council website www.angus.gov.uk. A map of the Community Council area is also available to view on the website.

Nomination papers may be submitted on any week day after the date of the publication of this notice between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm, but in any event not later than 4.00pm on Friday 26 October 2018.

If an election is contested, a Notice of Poll will be published on Thursday 8 November 2018 and voting will take place commencing Friday 23 November 2018. The result of the election will be declared after the close of poll.

The Register of Electors to be used at this election will be the one in force for the Hillside, Dun & Logie Pert Community Council in force on 1 August 2018.
