Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 on 30 May, 2024, until 18:00 on 30th August, 2024, is to make North Balnagask Road, Aberdeen, one-way between its junctions with St. Fitticks Road and Finnan Brae. The direction of flow will be Westbound only. An alternative route is available via Finnan Brae, Balnagask Road and St Fitticks Road. There will also be a prohibition of waiting for any purpose on either side of North Balnagask Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with St. Fitticks Road and the east boundary of 272 North Balnagask Road.
From 07:00 on 17th June, 2024 until 18:00 on 12th July, 2024, there will be a suspension of parking for any purpose on either side of Balnagask Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with St. Fitticks Road and Pentland Road. There will be temporary traffic signals in operation at this time. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
