Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 09:30 until 15:30 daily from 29th July, 2024 to 31st July, 2024, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Queens Road, Aberdeen, from its junction with Hazledene Road to the footpath leading to Hazlehead Avenue. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will only be implemented by the use of no-waiting cones.
The measure is necessary to protect public safety during works being carried out by BT Openreach.
