Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose a prohibition of driving on Cruden Crescent, Aberdeen, from Byron Terrace to Springhill Road. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of carriageway. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Springhill Road, Aberdeen from 255 Springhill Road to 237 Springhill Road. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Byron Terrace from junction with Byron Avenue to Junction with Springhill Crescent. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC road maintenance works.
