Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose temporary prohibition of driving on Hutcheon Street from George Street to Berryden Road. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of road for the durations of the works. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Anne Street for the durations of the works. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. The one way system on Anne Street will also be revoked. There will also be a lane closure on George left hand lane heading north. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC road maintenance works.
