Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate 08:00 on 27th May, 2024, until 17:00 on 31st May, 2024, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Market Street, Stoneywood, Aberdeen, from its junction with Ruthriehill Road to the boundary between number 22 and 24 Market Street.
Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones.
The measure is necessary to protect public safety during CCTV survey works being carried out by Scottish Water.
