Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
There will be temporary traffic signals on Countesswells Road 100m east of its junction with Airyhall Avenue. These signals will operate 24 hours a day to allow for the construction of a bellmouth for a new access road to the James Hutton Institute.
