Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of this order is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of the carriageway on Victoria Street, Dyce Aberdeen, from Station Road to Don Street. (Including the parking spaces in front of number 117 to 121 Victoria Street) The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. There will also be temporary 2 Way Lights on the carriageway for the duration of the works. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC ITS Pedestrian Crossing Refurbishments.
