Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 13th May, 2024, until 17:00 on 15th May, 2024, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Desswood Place, Aberdeen, from its junction with Whitehall Road to the boundary between number 25 and 27 Desswood Place. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones.
The measure is necessary to protect public safety during remedial works being carried out by SGN.
