Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of this order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving Eastbound on Hazledene Road, Aberdeen from Queen's Road to Woodburn Place. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Queen's Road from number 254 to number 246 Queen's Road for any reason for the duration of the works. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on Hazledene Road from outside number 44 Hazledene Road to junction with Queen's Road.. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. There will also be Temporary 3 Way lights on Queen's Road at junction with Hazledene Road for the duration of the works. These restrictions are in the interest of public safety during ACC Road Maintenance works.
