Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Stoneywood Road, Aberdeen (Inset Road) (Old road, railway bridge - Forester's Avenue). There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of carriageway for the duration of the works. Residential access and agress will be maintained when safe to do so. . Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC Road Maintenance works.
