Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the order is to impose a prohibition of driving on Ashgrove Road West, Aberdeen (Service Road) from Castleton Drive to North Anderson Drive (Service Road). There will also be a prohibition of driving on North Anderson Drive (Service Road) from Ashgrove Road West (Service Road) beside Rosehill House to Castleton Drive. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of carriageways. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones.Access and egress will be maintained to car parks when safe to do so.The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC road maintenance works.
