Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will come into operation from 00:01 on 12 March 2024, for a period up to eighteen months, is to impose a 20mph mandatory speed limit on the following roads in the Aberdeen: -
Goodhope Avenue, Goodhope Close, Goodhope Gardens, Goodhope Lane, Goodhope Park, Goodhope Road, Mill Drive, Mill Park, Mugiemoss Crescent, Mugiemoss Drive, Mugiemoss Park, Mugiemoss Place, Mugiemoss Place West, Mugiemoss Walk, River Don Avenue, River Don Crescent, River Don Gardens, River Don Park and Station Road.
The measures are in the interest of public safety and associated with new residential development.
