Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the order is to implement the restrictions listed below.

From 08:00 on 22nd March 2024, until 2130 on 30th April 2024, there will be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Victoria Street, Dyce, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Farburn Terrace and Mains of Dyce Roundabout, and on either side of Station Road, Dyce, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Victoria Street and Skene Place. The no waiting restrictions will only be implemented as and when required in two 50m stretches, and will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Advance warning signs will be sited on street before each section begins.

The following roads will be closed at their junctions with Victoria Street. Each road will not be closed for the full duration of the order, only as and when required. Advance warning signs will be placed on street before each closure. Glenholme Terrace, Aberdeen, an alternative route is available via Glen Drive and Glen Road; Glen Road, Aberdeen, an alternative route is available via Glen Drive and Glenhome Terrace; Skene Place, Dyce, Aberdeen, an alternative route is available via Station Road; Union Row, Dyce, Aberdeen, an alternative route is available via Station Road; Gladstone Place, Dyce, Aberdeen, an alternative route is available via Berrywell Gardens; Berrywell Gardens, Aberdeen, an alternative route is available via Gladstone Place; Southesk Place, Aberdeen, an alternative route is available via Berrywell Road and Berrywell Gardens; the southern junction of McIntosh Crescent, Aberdeen, an alternative route is available via the northern junction; Liddell Place, Aberdeen, an alternative route is available via Berrywell Road and Berrywell Gardens; the northern junction of McIntosh Crescent, Aberdeen, an alternative route is available via the southern junction; and also Dyce Drive, Aberdeen, at its junction with Oldmeldrum Road, an alternative route is available via Pitmedden Road and Victoria Street.
