Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of this order is to impose a temporary prohibition of Driving on Hammersmith Lane, Aberdeen from the rear of 75 Hammersmith Road to junction with Great Western Lane. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of the carriageway and prohibition of waiting on Hammersmith Road, Aberdeen from 73 Hammersmith Road to junction with Broomhill Road. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC road maintenance works
