Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of this order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Hareness Circle, Aberdeen, from the south entrance of Hareness Circle from its junction with Hareness Road to the entrance to units 1-4 Hareness Circle, from the east junction of Hareness Circle at Hareness Road to Forties Industrial Estate entrance. There will also be a prohibition of waiting along either side of the same stretches of carriageway and on Hareness Road, 50m at either side of the junctions with Hareness Circle. There will also be a 2 way lights on Hareness Road at the junctions with Hareness Circle. Works will be carried out on one junction at a time and access to Hareness circle will be maintained from alternate junction when works are in operation. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during ACC road maintenance works.
