Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 22nd April, 2024, until 17:00 on 26th April, 2024, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of South Anderson Drive, service road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Ruthrieston Road and Ruthrieston Gardens. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will only be implemented as and when required, and will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones.
