Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 26 April, 2024, until 17:00 on 10 May, 2024, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting for any purpose on either side of Mount Street, Aberdeen, between the north boundaries of 3 and 11 Mount Street. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during connection works by SGN.
