Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 09:00 on 11 March, 2024, until 18:00 on 5 April, 2024, is to make Balnagask Road, Aberdeen, one-way westbound only, between its junctions with Old Church Road and Wellington Road. An alternative route is available via Wellington Road, Girdleness Road and Old Church Road. From 07:30 on 11 March, 2024, until 18:00 on 5 April, 2024, there will be a suspension of parking on either side of the same stretch of road. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense.
The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during repairs works by SGN.
