Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 30th March, 2024, until 17:00 on 12th April, 2024, is to impose a temporary prohibition of right turns for heavy goods vehicles from Albert Quay, Aberdeen on to Market Street. An alternative route is available via Market Street, North Esplanade West and Queen Elizabeth Bridge Roundabout.
The measures are necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre
